As a Web Order Processing Specialist at Husqvarna Construction in Olathe, KS, you receive and process EDI and web orders. You will also take direct phone calls and emails from customers and sales reps regarding EDI and web orders. Your success in this role is critical for representing the company as a point of contact to provide solutions for all customers, both internal and external.

EDI/Web Order Handling & Processing (70%)

• Process existing orders, provide product information, create RGA or refer call to appropriate department, dealer/distributor or sales rep
• Coordinate with other departments to verify availability of product
• Recommend product selection of Equipment/Blades based on Product application
• Handle all maintenance for orders received via EDI/web
• Manage calls coming into the ques
• Manage customer score cards

Administrative (20%)

• Maintain CRM data
• Process or respond to email correspondence from customer or sales reps
• Maintain and manage customer chats
• New Customer setups

• Manage buying group accounts

  • Manage item catalog cross reference tables

Issue Resolution (10%)

• Assist customer with resolution of mis shipment or pricing discrepancies
• Communicate territory/customer problems with assigned sales rep
• Provide basic technical guidance on products
• Assist with back-order resolution
