We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented intern to manage, optimize, and redesign this hub to make it more engaging and user-friendly. Job Description Role Overview: As a Web Portal Desiger Intern, you will work closely with the Sales Enablement Operations team to improve the structure, design, and usability of the Sales Hub. This role is ideal for someone passionate about communication, user experience, and digital content management. Key Responsibilities: · Content Management: Organize, update, and maintain resources on the Sales Hub. · Redesign & UX: Propose and implement design improvements for better navigation and engagement. · Brand Alignment: Ensure the hub reflects SBS branding and visual identity guidelines. · Collaboration: Work with sales teams to gather feedback and incorporate their needs. · Automation & Optimization: Explore SharePoint features (web parts, workflows) to enhance functionality. · Documentation: Create clear guidelines for content updates and user best practices. Qualifications Preferred Skills & Qualifications: · Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Digital Media, IT, or related field. · Strong interest in user experience and digital platforms. · Basic knowledge of SharePoint or willingness to learn quickly. · Creative mindset with attention to detail. · Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. · Fluency in English and in French Nice to Have: · Experience with SharePoint design, HTML/CSS, or Power Automate. · Familiarity with branding and visual design principles. · Previous projects in content management or intranet design.
