We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Web Producer to join our team. As a Web Producer, you will be responsible for managing the publishing and quality assurance of global content on our corporate websites, Okta.com and Auth0.com. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, developers, and marketers to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of content to our online audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the publishing process for new and updated content on the corporate website, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia assets.
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on all website content to ensure functionality, usability, and compatibility across various devices and browsers.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to website content publishing and performance.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement enhancements and optimizations to the content management system (CMS) and website infrastructure.
  • Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web production, content management, and digital marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL SKILLS

  • Proven experience (4+ years) working in web production, content management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and web publishing workflows - ideally Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is desirable.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP with a match, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in Canada is between:$104,000—$156,000 CAD
