EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Digital Communications, Web Technologies, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years managing web content, CMS operations, or content product ownership.
  • Experience supporting digital campaigns and website performance initiatives.
  • Experience in telco, FMCG, or large-scale web environments preferred.

TECHNICAL & ANALYTICAL SKILLS

  • Hands-on with enterprise CMS (Adobe Experience Manager preferred).
  • Strong understanding of web UX, page structure, and content lifecycle.
  • Proficient in web analytics (Adobe Analytics preferred), A/B testing, and personalization.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content governance.
  • Experience with content tagging, approval workflows, and performance measurement.
