About the Role Location: San Francisco (in-office) Type: Contract, full-time (40 hrs/week) We’re looking for a detail-oriented Web Production Associate to keep our marketing site fast, accurate, and up to date. You’ll publish and QA content in Webflow, help with GA4 pulls and analysis, and support daily site operations across locales and devices. This is a great role for someone who enjoys shipping daily and sweating the details. What You’ll Do Publish and update site content in Webflow (pages, components, CMS items) Run thorough QA across devices, breakpoints, and locales; validate UTM/attribution and forms Pull traffic & performance reports in GA4; assemble insights for stakeholders Maintain content calendars, checklists, and release notes for web updates Coordinate with designers, copy, SEO, and marketing ops to hit deadlines Create/maintain redirects, metadata, and on-page SEO basics (titles, meta, schema when applicable) Triage issues from stakeholders and route anything engineering-level to developers Keep component libraries and content guidelines tidy and up to date About You 1–2 years of hands-on web/content ops (internships count) or equivalent portfolio Comfortable with Webflow (or similar CMS/no-code tools) and spreadsheets Strong attention to detail; energized by checklists and repeatable processes Familiarity with GA4 and marketing basics; bonus for basic HTML/CSS Excellent communicator; dependable and organized in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-Haves Experience with multi-locale sites and translation workflows Comfort with QA tools (e.g., Lighthouse, browser dev tools) Exposure to A/B testing tools and simple experiment setups French, Portuguese, or Spanish (written) What’s in it for you: Competitive salary and meaningful equity opportunities.
