Job Description We’re looking for an experienced Web Production Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a wide range of web-based projects. This is a hybrid role that brings together technical direction, people management, and process oversight. You'll lead a cross-functional team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality digital products. As part of a growing team, you'll help shape both day-to-day operations and long-term development practices. Qualifications Responsibilities Team Leadership Guide and manage a multidisciplinary team of developers and designers. Organize and prioritize tasks based on timelines, workload, and business goals. Support professional growth through mentoring and feedback. Foster an environment built on ownership, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on progress and team performance. Project Management Coordinate the development of web interfaces, interactive pages, and digital content. Collaborate with other teams to understand requirements and ensure clear project handover. Track deadlines, manage resources, and adjust plans to ensure successful delivery. Anticipate and address potential challenges before they become blockers. Validate outputs for consistency, usability, and adaptability across platforms and devices. Technical Oversight Encourage use of scalable, modern web development approaches. Support the implementation of reusable components, coding standards, and documentation. Identify and recommend tools or systems that improve development workflows or quality. Ensure data tracking and analytics components are integrated where needed. Partner with technical stakeholders to troubleshoot and maintain development environments. What We’re Looking For A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related discipline. Strong experience in web development or digital production, with leadership experience in a team setting. Strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies. Experience with modern frameworks, deployment workflows, and CMS platforms. Comfortable managing cross-functional projects from planning through launch. Strong communication and organizational skills. A proactive mindset with attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly. Familiarity with agile workflows, version control systems, and QA practices.
