Job Summary: As a Web Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in supporting web development projects from planning to execution. You’ll work closely with internal teams, including developers, designers, and strategists, to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You’ll manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables, serving as a primary client contact, and working to ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities: Lead and manage web projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery across all stages. You can expect to manage 8-10 projects at any given time while also supporting ongoing client requests. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, fostering positive client relationships. Organize, task, and review project deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals. Use project management tools to create schedules, assign tasks, and track progress. Attend internal and client meetings, documenting key decisions, action items, and timelines. Maintain budget tracking and reporting, ensuring projects stay within financial guidelines. Conduct quality checks on deliverables to maintain high standards and client satisfaction. Requirements Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in website project management. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects at once. A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with the flexibility to adapt to changing needs. Familiarity with web development basics, and design. Preferred Qualifications: A year or more of experience in project management or a similar role is preferred. Basic understanding of content management systems like WordPress. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO fundamentals, or design concepts. Prior experience with project management software (we use Accelo). Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000- depending on experience and qualifications.
