TECHNOLOGY SERVING AN EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

Under the supervision of the Web Quality Assurance Project Manager, you will play a key role in the validation and improvement of our digital platforms.

You will develop an in-depth understanding of the transactional web ecosystem to ensure the quality of delivered solutions through structured, rigorous, and methodical testing. This includes identifying issues, communicating with the relevant teams, tracking fixes, and validating solutions — all with the goal of providing our customers with a smooth and reliable experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan, develop, and execute functional, user experience, and regression test plans, both on our web platforms and internal tools.
• Identify, document, and track detected issues until resolution. Validate new features and clearly document observed changes.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of systems and provide support to related teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, testing tools, and working methods to optimize task execution efficiency.
• Work closely with developers, graphic designers, and related teams.
