My client is a worldwide Motion Plastics® expert for plastic solutions in motion. Since my client was first established, they have grown from 40 to more than 2950 employees distributed between the head office in Germany and 35 subsidiary companies around the world. They also have representative partners in more than 80 other countries.
We currently have an opportunity for a full-time position within the Digital Marketing department. We’re looking for a passionate, data-driven, and customer-orientated individual to take the reins of our the-chain (ECS) product portfolio online. This is more than just a marketing role — it’s a hybrid of digital sales strategy, e-commerce optimisation, and creative campaign execution. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things the-chain, shaping the online customer journey and turning clicks into conversions.

· Drive Online Sales: Own the e-commerce performance of the-chain products — from pricing and lead times to conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
· Optimizes the Digital Journey: Design and refine website layouts and user flows to create seamless, intuitive experiences that guide customers to purchase.
· Online Tools: Become an expert in online configurators and digital tools that help customers find the perfect solution.
· Online support: Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve online issues and deliver a frictionless buying experience.
· Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, directors, and international teams to align digital strategy with business goals.
· Marketing Campaigns: Partner with the marketing team to launch targeted, high-impact campaigns that speak directly to the-chain audience.
· Innovate: Bring fresh ideas to the table — from new digital touchpoints to creative content that drives engagement and loyalty.
