We’re seeking a Web Specialist to join our Global Delivery team, supporting a premier client in Stamford, CT. This role is a key link between our Digital Operations Team, Global Client Team, Cheil team, and local market stakeholders, ensuring proactive, clear, and consistent communication.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of complex projects with multiple dependencies, excel under tight deadlines, and deliver exceptional service while adhering to defined SLAs.
As the Web Specialist, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of local web and commerce operations, driving timely implementation of requests both independently and in collaboration with Web Operations, Local Operations, and Global Client teams. Your presence in the Stamford client office several days per week will be essential to fostering collaboration and building strong, trust-based relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 2+ years of CMS experience (preferably Episerver/Optimizely and Adobe).
  • 2+ years of hands-on responsibility for websites, digital marketing initiatives, and proven knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field — or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Manage, execute, and maintain 8+ consumer-facing brand websites, loyalty programs, and other digital initiatives to drive brand growth and awareness.
  • Oversee website content management, updates, and analytics to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with brand teams, IT, and agencies to implement consumer web programs on time and with accuracy.
  • Serve as a central liaison between marketing, creative, and technical teams.
  • Ensure all websites meet Web Accessibility standards and compliance requirements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, digital best practices, and emerging technologies, making proactive recommendations for improvement.
