Job Description Order Picking & Packing Pick orders accurately according to waving and priority flow. Pack orders following Art of Gifting guidelines and brand standards. Ensure packaging quality, presentation, and accuracy before order completion. Support high-volume periods and peak operations as required. Support with order prioritization and cart building Customization Services Operate and maintain engraving machines (including WPT bottle processes). Operate embroidery machines and ensure quality of personalized products. Process all gift messages — print, prepare, and place accurately in the order. Follow SOPs for all customization workflows to secure premium service. Operational Support Assist with missing pieces investigation and resolution. Ensure all orders are completed within SLA (D+1 / Same Day when required). Support order audits and special projects as assigned by leadership. Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization at the workstation. Qualifications Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment Minimum 6–12 months of E-commerce fulfillment experience, preferably within luxury retail or cosmetics industry. Experience in personalization/customization services is an asset. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Hand–eye coordination and fine motor skills for customization work. Technical Skills Ability to operate engraving and embroidery machines (training provided). Knowledge of WPT bottle processes. Basic computer and scanning system proficiency (RF gun / WMS). Core Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Customer-centric mindset with focus on quality and presentation.
