CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.

  • 4+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on design systems
  • Web3 experience required
  • Proven experience working on fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency products
  • Strong understanding of financial user flows, data visualization, and complex transactional interfaces
  • Familiarity with front-end development concepts and component-based architectures
  • Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
  • Low ego and open-mindedness
  • Located in Europe ideally. Open to North America EST
Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help create and maintain new product lines and features
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure seamless implementation of design system components and product flows
  • Collaborate with product designers to develop and evolve our design system
  • Create and maintain Figma libraries, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our design process
  • Be responsible for owning your deliverables and ensuring they continue to meet Maple’s standard of execution
  • Actively engage with a small team, taking ownership of and strategically planning projects for lasting impact
