POSITION SUMMARY

The Webflow Designer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining responsive websites that support the organization’s digital presence, marketing efforts, and communication strategies. Working as part of the internal design or marketing team, the Webflow Designer translates project goals and brand guidelines into engaging, accessible, and high-performing web experiences. This role requires a strong balance of creative design thinking and technical execution, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and a commitment to consistent user experience across platforms.
The Webflow Designer will manage both new builds and ongoing updates across multiple websites, implement on-page SEO strategies, and create supporting visual assets such as digital graphics, brochures, and signage. The role also includes technical troubleshooting, analytics monitoring, and third-party service integration, with an emphasis on maintaining up-to-date, user-friendly, and on-brand web content.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience designing and developing Webflow sites, with a strong portfolio showcasing interactive and responsive web projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Webflow CMS and Ecommerce functionalities, including dynamic content and animations.
  • Solid grasp of UX/UI principles, layout design, and modern front-end best practices.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, particularly as it relates to enhancing Webflow functionality.
  • Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and campaign tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities and project timelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

  • Experience integrating with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or implementing custom APIs.
  • Awareness of WCAG accessibility standards and emerging best practices in digital inclusion.
