Alice is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting intelligence data, conducting in-depth analysis, writing comprehensive reports, and providing actionable insights that help our clients understand and mitigate online risks. Responsibilities: Conduct Open-Source Investigations: Conduct comprehensive WEBINT/OSINT investigations across multiple online platforms, including social media, forums, AI tools, and gaming networks, using a diverse set of methodologies. Produce Actionable Intelligence: Synthesize findings into actionable reports that support client decision-making and operational priorities. Data Analysis: Analyze data sets to identify patterns, trends, and networks relevant to online safety threats. Threat Actor Monitoring: Monitor and assess evolving online threats across a wide range of abuse areas, and explore recurring and evolving tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) utilized by threat actors. Requirements Requirements: 2+ years of experience in WEBINT, OSINT, or related intelligence/research fields. Proven experience conducting structured investigations and producing professional intelligence reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with other analytical tools. Ability to handle exposure to sensitive or distressing content. Nice to have: A proactive and independent thinker and doer. A quick learner of new practice areas and technological tools. Tons of curiosity. A methodological approach to the art of web intelligence. Intelligence/Research/Trust & Safety/Content Moderation Background – an advantage. Knowledge of additional languages – an advantage. Strong Google Workspace skills. Capable of dealing with harsh content.
