What you will do: Website Management: Maintain and update websites, including content, structure, and functionalities, to ensure they operate correctly. Performance Optimization: Monitor site speed and optimize for overall performance, loading times, and user experience (UX). SEO: Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and site visibility. Web Security: Manage website security, including SSL certificates, software updates, and monitoring for potential threats. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the site's infrastructure, such as loading errors, broken links, or server downtime. Metrics Monitoring: Analyze site traffic, user behavior, and other KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and generate performance reports. Content Updates: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to publish and update articles, products, and other multimedia resources on the website. CMS Management: Administer content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal, and perform necessary integrations or updates. Integration with External Tools: Implement and maintain integrations with digital marketing tools, CRMs, and online payment systems. What you will bring: Advanced/Fluent English mandatory, with daily interaction with global teams. Previous experience in similar roles, such as Webmaster, Web Developer, or Website Administrator. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience with popular CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal). Familiarity with server-side languages such as PHP or Python. Technical SEO: Ability to implement SEO optimizations and performance analysis. Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager. Knowledge of web security and management of SSL certificates. Familiarity with optimization and performance tools like PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, or Lighthouse. Experience in the configuration and management of web servers, DNS, and web hosting. Code Versioning: Knowledge of version control systems like Git. Experience in responsive design and knowledge of frameworks like Bootstrap. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Bonus points if you also have: Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js. Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento). Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). Experience using digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce). Spanish is an advantage.
