Description

Intersport Elverys are looking for a Website Administrator to join our Online team. You will be joining an innovative Online team of 15 reporting to the Head of Online. This role is on-site in our head office in Castlebar, Co Mayo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of the online fulfilment and marketplace teams.
  • Write high quality product descriptions for marketplace products.
  • Ensure products are presented online with high quality imagery, product videos, meaningful titles, detailed descriptions, SEO tags and set-up in appropriate product categories.
  • Enhance user experience by ensuring product filters are assigned to products, detail buying and size guides, and identifying product recommendations for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Work closely with marketplace sellers fostering strong working relationships.
  • Daily monitoring of online orders and ensuring orders are processed through relevant ecommerce systems as accurately and efficiently as possible.
  • Running reports to ensure orders are being fulfilled on time.
  • Monitoring Microsoft BC to make sure orders are being processed, fulfilled and reconciled correctly.
  • Solving issues with problem orders not fulfilled.
  • Work with warehouse and ecommerce team to continuously make improvements to the pick and pack of all online orders (Home Delivery and Click Collect Orders).
  • Analyze ecommerce analytics and provide weekly reports on – pick and pack KPI’s, courier efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Qualification in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or Business (Recent graduates welcome to apply)
  • Excellent English writing and proof-reading skills
  • High level of competence in Microsoft Office; particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with a Web Content Management Systems beneficial such as WordPress or Shopify
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain high levels of attention to detail
  • Flexibility in the role is required
  • Ability to work well in a team
