JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Tech, IT Support Digital professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical digital and problem solving skills. Providing exceptional tech support and assistance to our staff and customers. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining computer networks, printers and telephony and ensuring the smooth operation of our Retail Websites and IT and Tech systems across the organisations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in IT support roles with a strong understanding of computer networking principles.
  • Familiarity with CRM software processes and management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting various operating systems including Windows and macOS.
  • Website data input and updating of products and variants (experience through WIX advantageous).
  • Reviewing of our websites and systems to look at areas for improvement and weakness.
  • Excellent tech service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Strong analytical skills for diagnosing issues effectively and implementing solutions promptly.
  • Experience with helping to providing top-notch IT and Tech support that empowers our users to achieve their goals and tasks efficiently.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: £14,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
    Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for printers, desktop and touch machine tablets, including hardware and software troubleshooting and problem solving. (With assistance and support from offsite 3rd party companies with whom we have established relationships and whom built some of the systems)
  • Assist users with Google Drive, Email Systems (Freshdesk) and Software and Printers and Networking.
  • Maintain company websites (WIX Based) and Product Listings and Back Door areas.
  • Respond to help desk tickets using tools such as Freshdesk and internal message areas.
  • Conduct analysis of network, systems and websites performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
  • Support macOS environments alongside Windows systems to cater to diverse user and company needs.
  • Maintain documentation of IT processes and user guides for reference and user purposes.
  • Solid understanding of website; content governance, user experience, accessibility standards and on-page SEO best practice.
  • CRM System we use is through Filemaker managed through a 3rd party company.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve IT services and understanding to enhance efficiency and productiveness through effective use of Tech and systems.
