Location: Kolkata (Onsite Mode) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1 year and above Salary: 15000 to 25000 Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Website Consultant who will be responsible for understanding client requirements and recommending suitable website solutions. The candidate will interact with potential clients, explain website services, and convert leads into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential clients who require website development or redesign services. Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate website solutions. Explain website packages, features, pricing, and timelines to clients. Conduct consultations through calls, emails, or meetings. Coordinate with the design and development team to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated. Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated with latest trends in web design, development, and digital solutions. Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets. Required Skills Good knowledge of websites, domains, hosting, and basic digital marketing concepts. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions. Good negotiation and convincing ability. Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS platforms (WordPress), and website structure will be an advantage. Qualifications Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. Prior experience in website consulting, web sales, or IT services sales preferred. Additional Information Preferred Skills Experience in B2B sales. Familiarity with CRM tools. Understanding of SEO, website design, and digital marketing services.
