Description
We are looking for a Website Content Editor (Swedish and English speaking) for a global company in Lund. In this role you will join the Brand and External Digital Channels team to help with the management and maintenance of the company websites. Start is November 24th, 1 year contract to begin with. This position is 100% remote from anywhere in Sweden. You will be part of the Website & Analytics team delivering exceptional web experiences that represent our company brand and drive leads across several markets and languages. You will be working hands on in our Content Management System (CMS) and be responsible for managing, building, and publishing pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Your tasks will include: Web page management: Develop, maintain, and optimise web pages using AEM, Utilise templates and components to build responsive, optimised, and compliant web pages (content creation and copywriting is not part of the scope of this role) Publishing & approval process: Managing the web page approval process which involves internal reviews, stakeholder feedback, and final sign-off before publishing Technical support: Collaborate with our IT organisation to prioritise incidents and identify optimal solutions. Maintain thorough tracking and issue management to ensure timely resolution of incidents Best practices: Apply digital best practices, user experience & design principles, and accessibility standards Translation: Responsible for sending out translation batches to ensure a smooth delivery of translated pages Stakeholder collaboration: Provide guidance and suggestions on content to business stakeholders. Train and support other AEM authors/publishers and ensure training materials are updated regularly Quality assurance: Ensure quality assurance, timely delivery, and collaboration with various creative disciplines and stakeholders A/B testing: Support in setting up A/B tests to optimise web page performance Data-driven insights: Use Adobe Analytics data to drive insights and share across different teams for web page optimisation Skills Requirements: 3-5 years experience in web management & maintenance using advanced CMS systems Editor/author experience in AEM Experience in working closely with IT to to resolve technical issues and enhance system performance Experience in website information architecture and technical SEO Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations, always upholding best practices Resourceful, self-organised and motivated individual with great attention to detail Adobe Creative Cloud: Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in IT, Web Development/Design or Marketing preferred This role requires fluency in both Swedish and English. This is a full-time consultant position in Lund through Incluso. Start is November 24th, 1 year contract to begin with. This position is 100% remote from anywhere in Sweden.
