Internship Posting: Website Content Quality & Product Data Intern About the Project Fluke.com is one of our most important digital touchpoints and a key source of customer engagement worldwide. Our customers rely on our website to confidently select the right instruments, verify product details, and find compatible accessories and spare parts. As customer expectations continue to rise — especially around accurate, complete, and easy-to-navigate product information — we are investing in strengthening our product content foundation across all regional websites. This internship supports a large EMEA initiative focused on enhancing product data accuracy and consistency, starting with our German website. By ensuring our products are correctly paired with the right SKU and EAN numbers, you will help improve searchability, customer satisfaction, and the online buying journey. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on user experience and digital performance. About the Role We are looking for a Website Content Quality & Product Data Intern to support the improvement of our product data across fluke.com, starting with our German website. In this role, you will help pair Fluke products with their correct SKU numbers, EAN codes, and related accessories using our internal documentation, PIM extracts, and website data. Much of the mapping work is currently manual, so we are seeking someone who is: Highly comfortable working in Excel (functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, cleanup, conditional logic) Curious and resourceful — not afraid to “knock on doors” internally to get missing information Comfortable using AI tools to streamline data manipulation Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring data accuracy Motivated by the idea of improving the customer experience and helping us close the gap with competitors You will work closely with the EMEA Marketing team and collaborate with Sales Operations, Web Operations, and other stakeholders.
