QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Strategy, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, website management, and content creation.
• Knowledge of technical industries, ideally in electronics, electrical engineering, or test & measurement.
• Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, social media management, and email marketing tools.
• Hands-on experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize digital performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for technical content.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with sales and technical teams.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The Website Development & Digital Performance Manager will be responsible for managing website content, optimizing digital strategy, executing marketing campaigns, and leading digital initiatives across all company verticals. This is a hands-on role requiring both technical and marketing expertise, with an ideal background in software development, electronics or electrical engineering.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

• Website features and content development.
• Develop, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, SEO, Google Ads, etc.).
• Lead and manage website content, SEO/SEM performance, and improve organic search visibility.
• Plan and execute targeted email marketing strategies, product promotions, and lead generation campaigns.
• Identify marketing opportunities across our business verticals (sales, rentals, used equipment, services).
• Utilize AI tools to automate purchasing activities.
• Provide strategic insights to improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive marketing-related projects to completion.
• Regularly track, measure, and report on marketing performance and ROI.
