The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Website Manager to join our growing marketing team at Charles & Dean – one of the UK’s leading finance brokerages. In this role, you’ll take ownership of maintaining and evolving our website and digital platforms, ensuring a seamless, high-quality user experience across all touchpoints. You’ll have a strong grasp of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), an eye for design, and experience working with tools like Figma. Ideally, you’ll have worked with HubSpot CMS or WordPress, with a good understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation and UX best practices and how to optimise digital journeys. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing and design team, helping to shape the digital face of Charles & Dean — ensuring our website not only looks great but converts effectively.
About You:
You’re a problem-solver with a good eye for detail and a real interest in how people interact with websites. You’ve started to build up a solid set of front-end and design skills, and you’re now looking for the right environment to put them to good use. You’re comfortable building pages using HubSpot Content Hub, creating modules, and working with front-end coding languages (HTML, CSS & JavaScript). You’re a confident web designer with a curious mindset and a willingness to get stuck in — whether that’s testing different approaches to improve lead generation, exploring user journeys, or keeping an eye on how pages are performing. You’ve had some experience with tools like Figma, SEO, CRO, and Google Analytics. Most of all, you’re eager to learn, contribute, and help shape a website that delivers a standout experience for users — and gets results.
