Role Overview We’re hiring a website growth lead to own and improve inbound conversion on our regional websites and conversion funnels. Your core goal: increase inbound conversion rate to 3% by identifying the highest-leverage opportunities, shipping improvements quickly, and driving measurable lift. Because we are an AI team, we expect this person to work AI-natively. That means more than occasional use of ChatGPT. We’re looking for someone who naturally uses AI to: speed up funnel analysis and insight generation draft and iterate landing page variants and lead magnets automate repetitive growth workflows What you will own You will own inbound conversion performance across the full journey from visitor to qualified lead. You will identify where the funnel is leaking, prioritise the biggest opportunities, and work cross-functionally to ship improvements fast. Your north star is improving inbound conversion rate and the efficiency of our inbound engine. What you will do Own the inbound conversion target and drive initiatives to reach it Analyze funnel performance and identify the biggest drop-off points Run rapid experiments across landing pages, site flows, forms, offers, and lead capture experiences Build and iterate on lead magnets, interactive conversion assets, and other inbound offers Use AI tools, agents, and automation to accelerate experiment research, analysis, asset creation, and iteration speed Builder mentality: Proactive, takes ownership, and not afraid of big goals and fast iteration 5+ years in growth, conversion rate optimization, or demand generation Strong track record improving website, landing page, or funnel conversion Strong commercial judgment on what is likely to move conversion AI native: you naturally use AI to speed up your tasks and automate repetitive workflows and are interested in how AI can boost conversion Strong pluses Experience building lead magnets, engineering-as-marketing or other conversion assets Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, and session/user behavior tools Strong instincts for offer design, messaging, and conversion copy
