Labconco is seeking an experienced Website Manager to join our Marketing team. If you’re passionate about digital strategy, user experience, and optimizing web platforms that support innovation in science and technology, this role is for you. In this position, you’ll lead the development, management, and optimization of Labconco’s web presence—from driving traffic to enhancing the customer journey across our digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and configure content across integrated, headless CMS platforms (e.g. Contentful, Magento (Adobe Commerce Cloud) or SalesForce Commerce Cloud), supporting digital products and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve eCommerce data and operations including product merchandising and website configurations in Contentful and Magento.
  • Oversee and maintain division microsites and marketing landing pages built on platforms such as WordPress and SalesForce Account Engagement.
  • Analyze digital traffic and user behavior, extract actionable insights, and collaborate with team members to implement strategies that enhance SEO/GEO targeting, email nurturing campaigns, social media engagement, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and implement web search engine and generative AI optimization best practices.
  • Monitor, maintain, and promptly respond to correspondence.
  • Research and share emerging digital trends and technologies with the team to support innovation where appropriate.
  • Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all channels, leveraging CRM and marketing automation; track and report performance matrics (ROI, KPIs).
  • Conduct multivariate web and campaign testing where practical, and provide results to management.
  • Assist in evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data to ensure digital activities and messaging are driving business.
  • Assist in establishing, documenting and communicating processes for efficient digital operations.
  • Maintain professional relationships with internal and external resources work closely with external vendors for website development and maintenance.
