Vyta Health are looking for someone to join our Warehouse Team and wish to appoint a Website Manager. This job is for 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday and will be based in our Driffield, UK office.
Main Purpose of the Role:
Maximise CR% and AOV, improve the user experience and optimize product sell through across our customer facing websites to achieve DTC sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade the website effectively to ensure D2C sales targets and product sell through is met.
  • Optimising UX through:

o Understanding the journeys and friction points through surveys and analytics.
o Continually improving product attribution, navigation and filtering.

o Recommending, managing and testing website developments that improve both CR% and UX.

  • Be responsible for the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) programme
  • Search & merchandising improvement and management.
  • Providing key website analysis for Head of eCommerce. Monitoring and analysis of product, stock and site performance.
  • Ensure website content, homepage and categories are aligned with marketing comms, seasonal product trends and stock availability.
  • Trade website through pricing and offer testing: cross-sells, up sells and order building
  • Work with Content Manager to optimise product data.
  • Project manage small to mid-sized website projects.
  • Tailoring trading strategies and UX for regional markets
