We’re looking for a Website Merchandise & Content Assistant to support the smooth running of our Shop Website. You will play a crucial role in stock management, website administration, and commercial reporting, helping to maximise sales and enhance the customer journey.

REQUIREMENTS
- Strong numeracy & computer skills – comfortable working with stock systems and commercial reporting.
- Excellent written communication – strong literacy, and attention to detail to create high-quality product content.
- Confident communicator – professional telephone manner and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organised & self-motivated – able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first mindset – passionate about delivering a seamless online shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Enhancing the Customer Experience: Ensure product listings are accurate, engaging, and optimised with clear descriptions, high-quality images, and videos.
- Supporting Sales Growth: Assist the Website Commercial Development Executive in driving revenue through effective website management.
- Managing Stock & Orders: Work alongside the Merchandise Buyer to maintain stock levels, update IT systems, and ensure seamless order processing.
- Liaising with Suppliers & Partners: Collaborate with suppliers and fulfilment partners to maintain smooth operations and accurate product information.
- Website Administration: Work with IT teams and platform providers to resolve issues quickly and optimise website performance.
- Keeping Things Organised: Maintain the Shop Trading Calendar and assist with back-to-back ordering processes.
