Job Requirements Job Title: Website Operations Specialist Company Name: Titan Job Type: Regular/Permanent Job Category: Jewellery-SMR Department: Mia-Marketing Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Job Requirements We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive WebOps Executive to manage and support various website operations tasks for our e-commerce platforms as well as marketplaces. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of product listings, campaign rollouts, content updates, and promotions on the website and app, along with maintenance of platforms. Website Operations List new products and collections on the e-commerce site and marketplaces where Mia is present Create new pages for offers, campaigns, and collections and map relevant products. Update and maintain website content, including T&C, FAQ, offer pages, and live chat sections. Map and optimize keywords for search and SEO. Manage banner updates for ongoing and upcoming campaigns. Campaign & Promotions Configure cart-based offers and coupons using Salesforce tools. Test offers and functionalities on lower environments before going live. Manage sorting rules on the website as per business or campaign requirements. Coordinate with the Merchandising team for uploading discount files. Salesforce-Specific Tasks Execute content and promotional updates through Salesforce CMS. Coordinate with Omni-channel and live chat teams for campaign integration. Create and update SOPs for homesite operations. Additional Responsibilities Publish and promote customer reviews across digital platforms. Continuously explore ways to improve operational efficiency and user experience. Experience in working with Python Experience in Salesforce or similar web management/CMS tools. Experience in handling HTML and CSS for troubleshooting or minor content edits. Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset. Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in a web operations, e-commerce, or digital marketing support role. Any experience in working with cross-functional teams (Merch, Design, Tech, CRM, etc.) may be preferred.
