GardaWorld is currently looking for a Product Owner – Digital Products (B2B Websites) to join the Global Marketing Team.
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent (Montreal)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a Product Owner, Digital Project Manager, or similar digital leadership role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong expertise in website management, UX principles, SEO, analytics, and CRO tactics.
  • Proven ability to drive website performance improvements through iterative enhancements and data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other CRM/Marketing platforms.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management and prioritization capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
  • Bilingual (French/English) preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the evolution and optimization of assigned websites with a focus on lead generation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user journey improvement.
  • Understand business priorities and translate them into actionable digital roadmaps, backlog items, and feature enhancements.
  • Own and manage the product backlog: write clear user stories, prioritize initiatives, and work closely with external web development and design agencies.
  • Analyze website performance KPIs (traffic, engagement, leads, conversion rates) and continuously optimize based on data-driven insights.
  • Advocate for the needs of multiple user segments (prospects, clients, candidates, partners) to deliver impactful digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing, Content, RevOps, and Design teams to align website strategies with overall business goals.
  • Ensure the websites follow SEO best practices, UX/UI excellence, accessibility standards, and modern web performance requirements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B web marketing, UX, and CRO.
  • Coordinate and align internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the website development lifecycle.
