Summary
The IT company Andersen invites an Website Product Owner & Marketing Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the website as a digital product: define its purpose, KPIs, roadmap, and development priorities.
  • Acting as a liaison between design, content, SEO, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Collecting, aligning, and prioritizing requests from multiple internal stakeholders based on impact, urgency, and business value.
  • Managing expectations and communicating priorities transparently to ensure clarity across teams.
  • Reporting on website performance regularly (e.g., traffic, conversions, bounce rate).
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns in collaboration with the broader marketing team.
  • Optimizing landing pages and user flows based on analytics and A/B testing.
  • Ensuring content is aligned with brand and SEO best practices.
  • Managing external contractors and internal resources when needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing (ideally in B2B, tech, or SaaS) for 3+ years.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across departments (e.g. marketing, sales, design, tech).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you know how to build trust, align interests, and manage expectations.
  • Hands-on experience managing or growing a website (not just content, but structure and goals).
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, etc.).
  • Experience with project management and task prioritization (e.g., using Trello, Jira, or Notion).
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and SEO.
  • Proactive, organized, and result-driven mindset.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
