JOB SUMMARY:

Dr. Marketing is seeking an organized and proactive Website Project Administrator to support the successful execution of website projects. This role bridges communication between the creative, technical, and management teams, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables align with client and company standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and familiar with web development processes, DNS management, and digital project coordination tools such as Asana and DUDA.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in a project support or web administration role
  • Strong understanding of DNS management and domain configurations
  • Familiarity with website builders such as DUDA, Wix, or Squarespace
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web structure
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a web design team
  • Understanding of SEO basics and web performance metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities
  1. Project Coordination & Support
  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of website project milestones
  • Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and task lists in Asana
  • Coordinate with team to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  1. Communication & Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and communication for internal teams
  • Facilitate smooth collaboration between designers, developers, content writers, and account managers/sales reps
  • Prepare and distribute meeting notes, summaries, and follow-ups
  1. Technical Support & Administration
  • Support the setup and configuration of DNS records
  • Set up and manage technical systems such as chatbots, accessibility features, and Jotforms
  • Coordinate testing and quality assurance tasks for cross-browser and mobile responsiveness
  • Set up client email accounts while collaborating with IT and Microsoft
  • Provide first-line troubleshooting for system, domain, and email issues
  1. Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files, client information, and asset libraries
  • Track progress reports and flag potential delays or bottlenecks
  • Generate post-project documentation and performance summaries
