OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a proactive and technically capable Website Project Manager to lead the development, launch, and ongoing improvements of our Magento 2.0 eCommerce platform. This role requires strong communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills—plus a working knowledge of HTML or JavaScript. You’ll work closely with internal teams and third-party developers to ensure timely, efficient delivery of site updates, features, and fixes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience managing eCommerce or web development projects (Magento 2.0 strongly preferred).
  • Working knowledge of HTML and/or JavaScript; ability to understand basic front-end functionality.
  • Experience working with and managing third-party developers and contractors.
  • Proficient in Smartsheet and Basecamp, or similar project management tools.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve across digital environments.
  • Proven track record in integrating complex digital systems, including APIs and 3rd-party tools.
  • Experience with QA processes and attention to detail in testing environments.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and eCommerce tracking best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
