JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Execute new process of maintenance/support/Agile development of our client’s website:
• Be the point of contact with the WSP for hosting, maintenance, and development
• Provide technical support to implement business needs in the website
• Reduce dependency on direct technical support required from WSP by our client’s staff
• Perform business analysis tasks and project management of our client’s website:
• Prioritise task list for development sprints
• Gather and write user requirements, define scope
• Transform requirements into technical specifications
• Define acceptance criteria
• Define test cases and test plans
• Test website developments delivered by the WSP prior to business user validation
• Monitor timelines
• Control budget and manage risks
• Perform urgent, ad-hoc development of our client’s website as-needed, for example:
• Create Content items in Drupal
• Configure configuration level tasks in Drupal
• Optimise content for the web presentation
• Other needs as they arise
• Train our client’s staff members in managing specific Drupal-related tasks such as editing; user-level configuration as needed;
• Maintain and develop analytical reports and analysis on the website traffic;
• Provide content-creation services:
• Ideate, plan, and execute content creation for our client’s website, their blog and their social media;
• Examples of content include, but are not limited to:
• Video
• Graphics
• Digital publications
• Ad hoc requests

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in IT website projects
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile project management methodology
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing third-party providers
• Excellent technical expertise with Drupal 7 and Drupal 8;
• Expert-level HTML/CSS/JavaScript, PHP, SQL knowledge and demonstrated practical experience;
• Very good experience in creating and analysing reports for website and other data analytics;
• Deep knowledge of:
• web development life-cycle;
• back-end and high-availability server setup, container technology;
• integration of web services;
• web security best practices;
• SEO best practices and email marketing;
• Google Analytics or Piwik;
• Solid experience in video production, post-production editing with professional tools, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign;
• Very good experience producing blog and other social media content, including graphics;
• Design-focused with a deep knowledge of UX/UI best practices;
