We also offer convenient tools to help businesses manage their online presence and enhance searchability.
Our vision is to unite the hearts and minds of communities – one person, one home, one business at a time. We value family, teamwork, and an open exchange of ideas as we strive to become the best versions of ourselves. Our award-winning culture has been recognized countless times by organizations like Fortune, Glassdoor, Great Place to Work, and more.

JOB SUMMARY:

Do you have an eagle eye for detail and a passion for polished digital experiences? We’re looking for a meticulous Website QA Specialist to be the final quality checkpoint before our websites go live. You’ll ensure every site not only looks great but functions flawlessly.
QA Specialists serve as the final internal quality gate before website preview and launch. They conduct comprehensive visual and technical quality assurance checks across client websites to ensure responsiveness, accessibility, schema markup, form tracking, and link integrity. QA Specialists verify that the site aligns perfectly with the approved content package and brand style guidelines, flagging any issues to the Production Lead for correction.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in website quality assurance, web design, or digital production testing.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, including schema markup and link health.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct full-site visual QA to ensure design accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Conduct technical QA, including responsiveness across devices, schema markup verification, accessibility standards compliance, form tracking validation, and link health checks.
  • Validate that websites accurately reflect the approved content package and brand style.
  • Identify, document, and communicate issues or discrepancies to the Production Manager for resolution.
  • Maintain QA documentation and checklists to support ongoing quality improvement.
