Description

We are looking for a FULL-TIME or PART-TIME team member to join the crew.
We require a reliable person to assist with website maintenance and social media content. If you have any experience with websites and social media, this might be the right fit for you!

REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES

· Education and/or work experience in digital media.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Knowledge of current web technologies
· Ability to make creative content.
· Interpersonal skills and customer-oriented.
· Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.
· Ability to adapt and cope with challenging and changing situations.
· Ability to work and thrive under time pressure.
· Ability to consistently provide professional customer service, including in situations of conflicts.
· Ability to complete retail tasks according to instructions and report to supervisor or managers.

Responsibilities

· Assist with updating website content and keep it up-to-date with our inventory.
· Assist in insuring website and social media align with our goals and user needs.
· Assist in creating various type of content (posts, reels, stories,…) about what we sell, what services we offer, who we are, etc…
· Interact with users and followers to foster a positive online community.
· Help with creating a brand identity on social media.
· Assist with customer service online and direct them to the right department.
· Promote in-store promotions and sales.
· Participate in meetings and product knowledge sessions as required.
· Complete retail basic tasks in an efficient and timely manner (e.g. cleaning.).
· Comply with company, store and department policies.
· Maintain a professional appearance (hygiene, grooming).
· Complete other tasks as required and report to department supervisor.
