We’re expanding our design team and looking for a Website, UI & UX Designer to help shape our international news websites and event platforms. Important: the work must be performed on-site at our Poland office. Job Description As Website, UI & UX Designer, you design clean, intuitive, mobile-first digital experiences across multiple brands. You collaborate with editors, marketers, developers, and product managers to create user-centered interfaces that improve engagement and reflect our visual identity. This role is ideal for a creative designer who wants ownership, variety, and the chance to influence multiple global platforms. What You’ll Do Design responsive interfaces for news & event platforms Improve UX flows, journeys, and conversion paths Create templates, components, wireframes, mood boards, and brand assets Develop and refine design systems Work closely with our WordPress-based dev team Conduct small UX research tasks (heatmaps, feedback, A/B testing) Ensure consistent, high-quality design across all websites Stay ahead of UI/UX trends and modern interaction patterns Qualifications What You Bring 3–5 years of UI/UX or web design experience Strong portfolio with clean, modern interfaces Experience designing for WordPress Solid UX, responsive design & usability knowledge Strong communication & collaboration skills Creative, energetic, and eager to build global digital brands Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools Basic HTML/CSS (bonus) Experience in media/publishing/events (bonus) What We Offer A full-time role within an international and fast-growing media company The opportunity to design the future of global B2B media brands A creative, informal, supportive team culture Collaboration with developers, editors, and designers from across Europe Room for personal growth, experimentation, and innovation Offices in Rotterdam, Antwerp, Toruń,hybrid work possible Competitive salary depending on experience Travel opportunities to international events Additional Information Ready to Create the Next Generation of Media Experiences?
