Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a talented and organised Wedding & Events Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll take the lead in ensuring our weddings, events, and day-to-day hospitality services run smoothly from start to finish.
Your focus will be on delivering exceptional personalised guest experiences, whether it’s coordinating and running a couple’s big day, managing the smooth running of service, or ensuring every detail is in place for our guests.
As well as working closely with wedding coordinators and management to provide the highest quality of service to couples on their wedding day, you will also be liaising with our marketing team to produce new content, ideas and strategies to reach more couples and encourage them to book a venue tour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with our marketing and management teams to attract new couples to take a tour of our wedding venue.
  • Act as the main point of contact for couples from initial enquiry through to their wedding day.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver weddings and events to the highest standard.
  • Oversee front-of-house operations to ensure an outstanding dining and hospitality experience.
  • Lead and motivate the service team to deliver excellence in both event and daily service settings.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Manage bookings, schedules, and function sheets for weddings and private events.
