The hotel boasts of 55 well appointed rooms, as well as a Leisure Spa Swimming Pool, Steam room, Jacuzzi, and Conference facilities up to 150. • Ensure the Conference and Banqueting Operation runs smoothly whilst meeting and exceeding the Company’s high standards.
• Ensure the Conference and Banqueting operations team provide the highest levels of operational and customer service.
• Work alongside all departments communicating efficiently.
• Run a high volume of weddings throughout the year.
• Managing all aspects of Health, Safety and Food Hygiene.
• Providing exceptional customer service to our conference and wedding guests.
• Officiating the role of a “Toast Master” at Weddings & building a strong relationship with our wedding couples
• Recruit, train and develop your team to the highest standard
• Maximise Sales Opportunities and work closed with our Sales Manager.
