We’re looking for energetic and reliable Wedding Assistants/Bartenders to join our growing team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous bartending or serving experience preferred
• ProServe (or equivalent liquor service certification) required (or willingness to obtain before start date)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Available evenings and weekends (wedding season is busiest May–October)

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Wedding Assistant/Bartender, you’ll play a key part in helping wedding days run smoothly.
From setting up décor and assisting with event flow, to bartending and providing excellent guest service, you’ll ensure each celebration is unforgettable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with event setup and takedown (tables, chairs, décor, signage, etc.)
• Bartend weddings and events, including preparing and serving cocktails, beer, and wine
• Restock and maintain the bar area throughout the event
• Support the lead coordinator with various tasks during weddings
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests
• Ensure cleanliness and organization at all times
• Assist with transitions throughout the evening (e.g., moving décor, lighting candles, cleanup)
