ABOUT THE ROLE

BrookLodge & Macreddin Village is expanding its Weddings Team and is seeking an experienced professional in the events and hospitality industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and customer-focused individual with a strong sales background to join our passionate team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full sales and event process, from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Work closely with wedding couples, event organisers, and internal operational managers to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Maintain high standards within the Sales & Events department, ensuring exceptional customer service at all stages.
  • Handle administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
  • Contribute to sales efforts by converting enquiries into bookings and maximising revenue opportunities.
  • Assist with on-the-day coordination of weddings and events as needed.
