ABOUT THE ROLE

BrookLodge & Macreddin Village is expanding its Weddings Team and is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and customer-focused professional to join our dedicated Sales & Events department. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a strong background in events, hospitality, or sales to play a key role in delivering exceptional weddings in a unique village setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the complete wedding and event lifecycle from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding couples and event organisers, ensuring a personalised and professional service.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments to guarantee smooth coordination and delivery of events.
  • Consistently uphold high standards in customer service and event management within the Sales & Events team.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support seamless communication and administration.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, contributing to overall revenue goals.
  • Support on-the-day coordination and execution of weddings and events as required.
