We are seeking a Wedding & Event Décor Designer who embodies creativity, professionalism, and a true passion for styling weddings and special occasions. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for detail, a strong sense of style, and the ability to transform venues into unforgettable experiences for couples and their guests.
From curating floral arrangements and designing bespoke table settings to creating mood-enhancing layouts, colour palettes, and decorative features, this role is about shaping the perfect ambiance for each event.
We are looking for someone who can adapt to weekend work and flexible hours, as event schedules often vary.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in wedding and/or event styling and décor.
• Strong knowledge of colour, texture, and design principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating unique, memorable designs.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• A valid driver’s license.

• Conceptualising, designing and executing captivating décor for weddings and events.
• Styling venues to bring clients’ visions to life through flowers, props, lighting accents, and decorative elements.
• Loading and unloading transport vehicles with décor items and equipment.
• Assisting with setup and breakdown of event décor on-site.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of décor stock and the warehouse.
