• Cultivate and secure events for SEG venues following company standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
• Conduct client tours and follow-ups, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
• Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
• Negotiate and secure contracts with proper documentation and payment plans.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and strategic sales techniques.
• Track and report weekly tour and booking stats.
