JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Events Team as Wedding & Events Set-Up Staff. In this role, you will help bring dream weddings and memorable events to life by setting up furniture, décor, and equipment in a timely, efficient, and detail-oriented manner. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in presentation, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in events or hospitality is an asset, but not required
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable transportation to and from the venue

Responsibilities
  • Set up and take down event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, décor, signage, and AV equipment
  • Ensure all set-up areas meet layout specifications and are clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing
  • Assist with last-minute adjustments or changes as needed on event days
  • Handle all items with care to avoid damage and maintain quality standards
  • Work closely with the Events team and follow direction from supervisors
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with clients and guests
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
