Job Description Key Responsibilities: Liaise with clients to oversee the development, coordination and delivery of Weddings, meetings and private events. Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, through to the event day Conduct site inspections and client presentations showcasing hotel facilities and services To produce detailed function sheets for each event and to send out in a timely fashion – to then work in collaboration with our operations team to ensure the delivery of the event exceeds our client's expectations. Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently. To communicate, maintain and develop new and existing client relationships. Ensuring excellent customer service and quality of service at all times. To work as part of the sales team; to contribute to & assist senior management in promoting hotel goals. Ensure there is fluid communication of all events to all hotel departments.
