We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details: Summary of Responsibilities: Act as the contact for International clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Coordinate and execute the planning and delivery of wedding experiences, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, transportation arrangements, and other services. Collaborate with various departments and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution. Create and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and handle financial transactions. Prepare event proposals, contracts, and other related documents. Provide on-site event supervision and support. Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events. Only for Indonesian Citizen Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
