We are looking for an organised, hard working and friendly person to join our wedding team!
The role is a full time role of 40 hours a week, with core hours of 8-4:30pm. Occasionally the hours are 7:30-4pm or 9-5:30pm, but there are no evening/night hours. We understand that everyone has a life outside of work, so with rotation, no-one works every weekend, instead it is every other weekend.
Eastington Park is an award-winning, exclusive use wedding venue in Gloucestershire. A beautiful 18th century manor house set in 8 acres of grounds, and we host approximately 200 weddings a year. We pride ourselves on providing 5 star customer service in a beautiful setting, and a quick scan of our Google reviews will show you what we mean!
We require an individual who is friendly, confident, outgoing, experienced and has a great eye for detail!
The role is of course varied and includes everything from handling initial enquiries and conducting viewings to organising and running the wedding on the day itself!
Previous experience in weddings is essential, with a minimum of 3 years experience required.
The successful candidate needs to be fully computer literate, specifically Microsoft Office and have an understanding of booking systems.
A full driving license and own vehicle is essential due to our location.
