Description
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to wedding inquiries via HubSpot and OpenPhone SMS
  • Lead venue tours and sales consultations with prospective couples
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel — from inquiry to contract
  • Manage communication touchpoints and deal stages using HubSpot
  • Collaborate with the existing Wedding Coordinator to onboard clients and maintain planning documents in Releventful
  • Assist with creating timelines, drafting Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and preparing vendor details
  • Support wedding-day coordination including setup, client communication, and vendor arrivals (in a support role)
  • Participate in open houses, styled shoots, and lead-generation events
  • Identify upsell opportunities for added services, packages, and F&B enhancements
