• Proactively generate wedding sales leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
  Assist in the development of the annual Wedding Sales Strategy and Budget
  Maximise hotel revenue and guest satisfaction by ensuring accurate and effective processing of wedding bookings

  Prepare a weekly forecast for Weddings when requested

• Conduct client site inspections and wedding show arounds, taking responsibility for the conversion of event and wedding enquiries

• Manage the relationship with the Operations Team, ensuring that all information regarding a wedding is communicated correctly on a BEO and at BEO meetings

  Ensure that all enquiries are responded to within the agreed response time (set by the Director of Sales)

• Work closely with couples to understand their vision and customize wedding packages accordingly

  Responsible for the issuing and receiving of all Wedding and Events contracts
  Create client files for all enquiries and bookings to ensure they are accessible by all in the department should an associate leave or be out sick
  Attend Wedding Fairs such as WedFest and organise Wedding Fair in own hotel
