Conduct sales presentations to potential clients. Identify prospective clients and develop strategies to target them. Collaborate with our internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients. Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and news in the hospitality industry. Attend industry events to network and promote our services. Indonesian Citizen only Fluent in Mandarin, with certified language test (minimum HSK 3) Minimum 2 years experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry; especially in handling Chinese wedding, event and catering Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills A team player with leadership skills with customer-service orientation Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills Proficient in English communication in both written and spoken Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
