POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Freelance Sales Executive, you will focus on nurturing relationships with wedding venues and their clients (wedding couples). This role requires a proactive approach, strong administrative skills, and experience working in wedding venues, particularly with CRM systems like HubSpot. You will be responsible for booking venue visits for couples, assisting with enquiries, and creating tailored quotes to facilitate their decision-making process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in sales or client management, preferably in wedding venues or the events/hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with data analysis and CRM software, especially HubSpot.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for events and an understanding of venue selection and event planning processes.
• Wedding experience is a must; self-employed status is preferred.

• Act as the main point of contact for wedding venues and their clients, ensuring excellent customer service from enquiry to booking.
• Schedule and coordinate visits for couples to various wedding venues.
• Address questions and provide detailed information about venue offerings, services, and availability.
• Create tailored quotes for couples based on their specific needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding venues, understanding their unique offerings and requirements.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and materials.
• Participate in daily check-ins with the Director and team to discuss progress and strategy.
