YOUR ROLE

As our Wedding Coordinator, you will:

• Manage wedding enquiries from first contact through to the big day
• Conduct venue show-arounds, inspiring couples with creative ideas and possibilities
• Liaise with couples, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution
• Use Moposa to streamline timelines, seating plans, and guest lists
• Prepare detailed function sheets and communicate plans to all departments
• Maintain accurate records, ensuring all documentation is kept up to date
• Deliver exceptional customer service that makes each couple feel truly special
